Included with your admit packet is the Enrollment Intent Form. To accept Ursuline’s offer of admission to the School of 研究生 Studies, please complete the form and return it to the Office of 研究生 入学. You are welcome to mail back this form with the enclosed postage-paid envelope or fax it to 440-684-6138.

Once you have attended orientation and/or met with your academic advisor, you will be able to register for classes. Your first semester at Ursuline you are not able to register for classes online. In subsequent semesters you will be able to access the online application.
